We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for our products as they are all made-to-order just for you! However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us at albalaredoceramics@ gmail.com 

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.

All Alba Laredo Ceramics pieces are handmade, therefore slight variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected due to the nature of the process. Handmade items are "perfectly imperfect" which adds to the uniqueness of each piece!
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me at albalaredoceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours to discuss the issue. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
